2023 HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE
“Third Review of the 6th Cycle Housing element in response to Comments received from the Department of Housing and Community Development on December 12, 2024

In an effort to address informal comments from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), the City has revised the September 2024 version of the Draft Housing Element. The revised Draft Housing Element is available for review on the City’s website at: https://gonzalesca.gov/services/community-development/city-gonzales-6th-cycle-housing-element-update.
The HCD 60-day review period ends on December 24, 2024.”

La tercera Revisión del 6º Ciclo del Elemento Vivienda en respuesta a los Comentarios recibidos del Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Comunitario el 12 de diciembre de 2024

En un esfuerzo por responder a los comentarios informales del Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Comunitario de California (HCD), la Ciudad ha revisado la versión de septiembre de 2024 del Borrador del Elemento Vivienda. El Borrador revisado del Elemento Vivienda está disponible para su revisión en el sitio web de la Ciudad en: https://gonzalesca.gov/services/community-development/city-gonzales-6th-cycle-housing-element-update.
